Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Client: The individual or entity purchasing photography services.
Photographer: RRubio Media, providing photography services.
Agreement: The contract between the Client and the Photographer for the provision of services, including these Terms & Conditions.

The Photographer agrees to provide the photography services as specified in the booking confirmation.
The services include, but are not limited to: STATED IN THE AGREEMENT MADE WITH THE CLIENT

Booking: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee.
Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 before the scheduled session. Payments can be made via bank transfer or MobilePay
Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking 10 days before the session, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations within 3 of the session will require full payment.

Editing: The Photographer will provide edited photos as per the agreed package. Raw files will not be provided unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery: Photos will be delivered within 10 days after the session via WeTransfer in one or more links
Usage Rights: The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

All photos remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
The Photographer reserves the right to use the photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, and social media, unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

Compliance: The Photographer complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection laws.
Data Collection: Personal data collected from the Client will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services and managing the business relationship.
Data Storage: Personal data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.
Rights: The Client has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

The Photographer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
In the event of a system failure, camera malfunction, or other unforeseen issues, the liability of the Photographer is limited to the return of all payments received from the Client.

The Photographer is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and pandemics.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any significant changes.

By booking services from the Photographer, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Client: The individual or entity purchasing social media management and content creation services.
Service Provider: Rodolfo Rubio/Wanderlust Escape Trips, providing social media management and content creation services.
Agreement: The contract between the Client and the Service Provider for the provision of services, including these Terms & Conditions.
Content: Pictures, videos, and any other media created by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider agrees to provide social media management services, including content creation, strategy development, posting, and engagement.
Specific services include, but are not limited to, [list specific services such as creating social media posts, managing social media accounts, running campaigns, etc.].

Booking: Services are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of [percentage or fixed amount] of the total fee.
Payment: The remaining balance is due [number of days] before the service period begins. Payments can be made via [list payment methods].
Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking [number of days] before the service period begins, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations within [number of days] of the service period will require full payment.

License: The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content created by the Service Provider strictly for the duration of the social media management service.
Expiry: The right to use the Content expires immediately upon termination of the social media management service. The Client must cease using the Content after this point unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All Content remains the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to use the Content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, and social media, unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union.
